Shipping information

We ship within Germany and to all European countries. Your order will be shipped reliably with DHL as an insured parcel – quickly, securely, and with tracking.

Delivery times & shipping costs

Germany

  • Standard: 2–4 working days • free delivery for orders over €149.01, for orders under €4.99
  • Express: 1–2 business days • €14.00

EU (European Union)

  • Standard International: 2–8 working days • from 0.00 € order value 13.99 €

International

  • Standard International: 2–8 working days • from 0.00 € order value 19.99 €

All orders are carefully packaged and processed as quickly as possible to ensure your padel products arrive safely.

Return information

Returns must be registered in advance . Please contact us by email at info@padelpur.de so we can coordinate the return.

The products must be unused, in perfect condition , and in their original packaging . Especially important: For padel rackets, the protective film on the handle must not be removed .
