Shipping and returns information

We ship within Germany and to all European countries. Orders are reliably shipped via DHL or DHL Express as insured parcels with convenient tracking. Express shipping is also available upon request for an additional charge.

PadelPur's service naturally means that orders received before 2:00 PM on working days will be processed the same day. Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation via email with your personal tracking number. This way, your delivery status can be accessed at any time. Completely updated shipment information can take up to 24 hours with DHL.

Delivery costs depend on the order volume and destination and apply to insured parcels up to 2kg as follows:

Germany

Shipping costs:

• Standard with order value over 150€: Free shipping
• Standard with order value under 150€: Shipping costs of 4.95€
• Express regardless of order value: 14€
• Neighbouring countries of Germany (e.g. Austria, Netherlands, France): 9,99€ (standard)
• Other EU countries (e.g. Spain, Italy): 14.99€ (standard)
• Non-EU countries in Europe (e.g. Switzerland, Norway): 19.99€ (plus any customs and processing fees)
• Delivery time: Standard delivery time is usually 2-3 business days, and express delivery time is 1-2 business days. We have no influence on the service provider's delivery time.
